Who we are looking for

We are looking for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational technology, a passion for ensuring its security and efficiency, and the ability to drive innovation in OT systems. If you are proficient in OT system design and implementation, with deep expertise in SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMI, and OT networking technologies, and can strategically apply OT security principles to ensure compliance while developing effective solutions to meet diverse industry needs, we want to hear from you!

🎯 What we expect from you:

Proven expertise in operational technology systems, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMI, and OT networking technologies.
Deep knowledge of OT security principles and frameworks such as IEC62443/ISA99 and NIST.
Experience in industry-specific OT compliance (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, nuclear, pharma, and marine).
Familiarity with OT Identity and Access Management (IDAM), IoT/cloud security architectures, and OT SOC integration tools.
Proficiency in project management and client consulting, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Your future role

Leading the designing and implementation of OT systems, including SCADA, DCS, PLCs, HMI, and OT networks, ensuring security to client needs.
Developing and executing OT security strategies aligned with standards like IEC62443/ISA99, NIST, and the Purdue Model.
Acting as a subject matter expert, offering guidance on OT compliance across industries such as manufacturing, utilities, oil & gas, nuclear, pharma, and marine.
Designing secure remote and local access controls for OT environments, ensuring compliance and operational integrity.
Guiding the integration of OT environments with SOC tools using SIEM APIs, and overseeing the deployment of passive monitoring solutions like NOZOMI, CLAROTY, DRAGOS, and MS DEFENDER.
