Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate to be part of a central PMO team to manage foreign offices as part of our Pillar 2 outbound engagements. Our ideal candidate will have bring the following skills:

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written). Additional languages, especially German and French, are an advantage but not a must
  • Strong PMO skills, as a key component of the role is coordination of tasks / information and invoicing with clients and foreign offices
  • A basic understanding of tax matters would be advantageous but is not a must and can be learnt on the job
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Good organisational skills and ability to work independently, enthusiasm for coordination and administrative work as well as willingness to support the team
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team whilst working remotely
  • A willingness to learn and take over administrative tasks within the team
  • Ability to work accurately and effectively under pressure and capability to prioritise workload.

Your future role
  • Team assistant who will support our team with any administrative tasks to be performed
  • Support with administrative work: manage client acceptance procedures, check compliance responsibilities and follow-up with team members to complete them, prepare engagement letters, update project tracking lists and manage clients in our business software including monitoring numbers in the ERP system, preparing invoices, answer any questions on invoices and follow-up on unpaid invoices
  • Working collaboratively with other team members as well as other business units
  • Deputy for other team assistants during vacation absences.
