We are looking for an experienced penetration tester, who is open to learn and develop new methodologies and techniques, mentor others and build teams. You will be part of a large team of penetration testers who will support you in your learning and knowledge building.
About you:
- 5+ years of experience in Penetration Testing, Offensive Security, Red Teaming, or a similar role
- Solid coding skills in scripting languages (e.g., Pythion)
- Solid knowledge web/mobile/binary applications security, and common attack vectors
- Solid knowledge in internal/external infrastructure testing
- ands-on experience with Cloud & Kubernetes penetration testing
- Familiarity with MITRE ATT&CK and modern adversary techniques
- Strong communication skills—you can explain technical findings to both engineers and business stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of penetration testers on complex projects.

- Purple Team/Red Team engagements
- AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenCode, PI etc.)
- AI/LLM security testing
- German language
- Lead end-to-end penetration testing engagements across web applications, APIs, cloud environments, kubernets, binary applications and internal/external infrastructure.
- Simulate real-world attacks to identify security risks before they become threats.
- Mentor junior penetration testers and help grow a high-performing offensive security team.
- Develop custom tools, scripts, and automation to make penetration testing smarter and more scalable.
- Design and improve penetration testing processes, workflows, and internal platforms.
- Deliver clear, actionable reports that help technical and business stakeholders understand and mitigate risk.
