Who we are looking for

  • 1+ years of experience with Node.js development or equivalent training. 
  • Basic knowledge of testing methodologies and best practices. 
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and command-line tools. 
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn QA processes. 
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team. 

Shape 

Nice to have: 

  • Exposure to test automation frameworks. 
  • Familiarity with JavaScript testing libraries (e.g., Mocha, Jest). 
  • Basic understanding of API testing or interest in learning API testing tools. 
  • Some experience with CI/CD pipelines or cloud services (AWS). 

Your future role
  • Assist in manual testing of web applications, focusing on functionality and usability. 
  • Support the creation and execution of automated test scripts using Node.js. 
  • Collaborate with developers to identify and document defects. 
  • Help maintain test environments and ensure they are properly configured for testing. 
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of test cases and test plans. 
  • Work on basic scripting tasks and assist in improving automation frameworks. 
  • Learn and apply testing best practices, ensuring high-quality software releases.
