Who we are looking for

The Recruitment Operations Analyst is an entry level position and is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Central European regional talent acquisition team in scheduling interviews, test management and sourcing activities.

Who we are looking for:

• 1 year of Experience in a similar role within customer relations, HR or Talent Acquisition.

• Experience with Application Tracking Systems ATS and HRIS platforms is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Your future role

• Provide administrative support to the HR recruitment process, covering arranging interviews, scheduling testing, sourcing and providing feedback to candidates, etc.

• Perform in cross country tasks in an international environment across CE.

• Prepare various HR reports and statistics as requested,

• Delivering a positive experience for both candidates, talent team and hiring managers through direct contacts, scheduling interview meetings and giving feedback to candidates

• Works effectively with HR, hiring managers, and team members across Deloitte to update and maintain data accuracy in ATS.

• Responds effectively to candidate questions
