Who we are looking for

🟢Are you an SAP FI/CO Consultant ready to take greater ownership of solution design and client delivery?

Join Deloitte’s SAP team in Prague and work on SAP transformation projects for clients in Czechia and across Europe. You will contribute across the project lifecycle, work directly with finance stakeholders and continue developing your SAP S/4HANA expertise.

🔎We are looking for someone with:

3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO consulting
Practical experience with SAP FI configuration, such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting or Bank Accounting
Good knowledge of SAP CO processes, such as cost center accounting, profit Centre accounting, internal orders or profitability analysis
Experience in at least one SAP implementation, rollout or transformation project
Understanding of integration between FI/CO and other SAP modules, particularly MM or SD
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into practical SAP solutions
Confidence working with clients, facilitating discussions and presenting recommendations
Professional working proficiency in English and native Czech language are required

Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, data migration, finance process transformation or international rollouts will be considered an advantage.

Your future role

🎯You will work on local and international SAP projects, helping clients improve and transform their finance and controlling processes.

Depending on your experience, you will:

Analyze finance and controlling requirements and design SAP FI/CO solutions
Configure and test SAP FI/CO functionality
Participate in workshops with finance teams and other business stakeholders
Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, transformations and rollouts
Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical and integration teams
Support data migration, testing, go-live and post-implementation activities
Ensure integration between FI/CO and related modules such as MM and SD
Take ownership of assigned workstreams or project deliverables
Share knowledge with less experienced colleagues
Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to high-quality project delivery

This is a hands-on consulting role with room to gradually take responsibility for larger workstreams, client relationships and team coordination.
