Who we are looking for

As an SAP Project Manager at Deloitte, you will lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects for local and international clients.

This role requires a strong SAP consulting background combined with proven project leadership experience. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners, ensuring successful delivery in line with scope, timeline, and budget.

💼 What you bring:

Strong background as an SAP Consultant, with practical experience in at least one SAP module (e.g. FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM, BW, S/4HANA, etc.)
4-5 years of experience leading at least 2–3 SAP projects as Project Manager or Project Lead
Solid understanding of SAP implementation lifecycles and delivery models
Experience working in international, multicultural project environments
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to balance hands-on involvement with strategic project oversight
Excellent English language skills are a must; German would be an advantage!

Nice to have:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification
Experience in consulting or professional services environments
Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models

Your future role

Lead and manage 2–3 full-cycle SAP projects (or more) across implementation, rollout, or transformation phases
Drive project governance, planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP consultants, developers, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors
Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
Ensure adherence to Deloitte delivery standards, SAP methodologies (Activate), and quality benchmarks
Support solution design discussions, leveraging your prior hands-on SAP consulting experience
Manage project scope, changes, dependencies, and escalations
Contribute to project estimations, and proposal preparation when needed
