🔍What we’re looking for

5-7 years of SAP delivery experience, including project or program leadership
Proven track record leading full lifecycle SAP implementations or transformation programs
Experience with S/4HANA, cloud transformation, or multi-country rollouts
Strong client-facing consulting experience and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead distributed international teams in fast-paced environments
Strong commercial awareness, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning capabilities
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, SAP Activate, or equivalent certifications are a plus
Fluent English required; native Czech is a must

🎯What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs including implementations, rollouts, migrations, and S/4HANA journeys
Manage project delivery across scope, budget, timelines, quality, and governance
Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including business and IT leadership
Lead multidisciplinary teams across functional, technical, and business workstreams
Drive steering committees, executive reporting, risk management, and strategic decision-making
Collaborate with colleagues across Central Europe
