Who we are looking for
🟢You will join Deloitte Central Europe's SAP team to deliver SAP MM and Retail solutions for clients across implementation, rollout, and transformation programs. We are looking for consultants who understand how retail businesses operate and can translate business processes into scalable SAP solutions. 

You will work on projects covering merchandise management, procurement, inventory, product data, and supply chain operations, with exposure to regional and international deliveries.


💼What you bring:

Must-have
  • 4-5+ years of SAP MM consulting experience, including hands-on configuration.
  • Experience in SAP implementation and/or rollout projects (not only application support).
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes, including merchandise management, procurement, inventory management, replenishment, product lifecycle, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with retail master data such as materials, articles, assortments, vendors, sites, pricing, or related data objects.
  • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into SAP solutions.
  • Fluent English and based in Bulgaria (native Bulgarian is mandatory)

Nice to have
  • SAP S/4HANA project experience.
  • SAP Retail, Fashion, CAR, IS-Retail, or related retail industry solutions.
  • Experience with master data migration, governance, or data quality initiatives.
  • Integration experience with SD, WM/EWM, FI, or other SAP modules.
  • International or multi-country project delivery experience

Your future role
  • Lead and support SAP MM and Retail workstreams across implementation and rollout projects.
  • Analyze retail business requirements and design solutions supporting purchasing, merchandise management, inventory, and supply chain processes.
  • Configure SAP solutions and support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
  • Work with retail master data structures, ensuring data consistency and alignment with business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
  • Support workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and client-facing discussions.
  • Contribute to S/4HANA transformation initiatives and retail process optimization programs.
