Who we are looking for

We are looking for a passionate and client-focused SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) Consultant to join our Human Capital team. If you enjoy solving complex HR technology challenges, collaborating with global clients, and delivering impactful SuccessFactors solutions, this role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise while working on international transformation programs.

As a PMGM Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, enhancing, and supporting Performance & Goals Management solutions that help organizations improve employee performance, goal alignment, and talent development.

What we're looking for:

Required
  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) Certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting SAP SuccessFactors PMGM.
  • Experience working with HRIS, preferably cloud-based platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
  • Good understanding of performance management processes and HR best practices.
  • Experience participating in implementation projects, enhancements, or AMS/support engagements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to facilitate client meetings and present solutions confidently.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.

  • Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules such as:
    • Employee Central
    • Compensation
    • Succession & Development
    • Learning
    • Recruiting
  • Knowledge of integrations between SuccessFactors modules.
  • Experience working in international or distributed delivery teams.
  • Understanding of SAP SuccessFactors release management and testing processes.
  • Agile project experience.

Your future role
What you'll do:
  • Design, configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM)solutions.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementation projects, enhancements, and post-go-live support activities.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into scalable system solutions.
  • Configure PMGM functionalities including:
    • Goal Plans
    • Performance Forms
    • Route Maps
    • Calibration support
    • Continuous Performance Management (where applicable)
    • Templates and permissions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the SuccessFactors suite (Employee Central, Compensation, Succession, Learning, Recruiting, etc.).
  • Conduct solution demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions with clients.
  • Support testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
  • Provide recommendations on best practices and system optimization.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and become a go-to advisor within your area of expertise.
  • Work independently on assigned deliverables while collaborating effectively within a global project team.
  • Stay up to date with SAP SuccessFactors releases and new PMGM capabilities.
