Who we are looking for
For Salesforce Lab, we are looking for candidates eager to develop Salesforce skills, contribute to application development, and learn about innovative technologies. This is a chance to get to know us and experience what it means to be involved in IT projects within a consulting company.

Learn to create new systems by combining built-in possibilities of the Salesforce platform with your own components, under Deloitte expert’s supervision.

Participation in the Salesforce Lab lasts 4 weeks 🚀
• 20 working days (40 hours per week) – we welcome you to join us in Tirana (with some days conducted online)
• Dates: 01/09 - 26/09/2025
After completing the training, all participants will acquire the essential knowledge and skills to transition into technology consulting 🌟.

👥 Who we are looking for:

• Students of min. third year of bachelor's / engineering and master’s studies and graduates of IT studies,
• Quick learners with or without previous technology or consulting background who are open to change their career path,
• English proficiency at a communicative level (B2 or higher) with active usage,
• People with knowledge of the basics of:
o Object-oriented programming
o Web Development (JavaScript, CSS, HTML)
o Database languages
o Version control (git)
• Full-time availability, especially for potential long-term employment after the Lab,
• Candidates interested in continuing their career with Deloitte Digital after the Lab.
Previous experience with IT systems or technology projects is an advantage but it is not required.

Your future role
• You will be the Salesforce developer, delivering systems built on the Salesforce platform to meet clients' needs.
• You will gain insights into how IT is used in business.
• You will apply practical knowledge of global IT solutions and combine it with academic theory.
• You will get to know dedicated Salesforce languages and frameworks – Apex, Lightning, SOQL and SOSL.

What we offer
We offer a 4-week learning journey with salary compensation. During this time, you will build knowledge of IT projects and develop practical Salesforce skills. After the Lab, the top candidates who enjoy our work culture and impress us with their final presentations will be offered a job position at Deloitte Digital in CE.
Attending this training gives you the chance to explore the Salesforce platform and experience life as a consultant. Completing the training opens doors to a career in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Selection process
Following the submission of your application, you will be invited to complete an assessment. 
Candidates who successfully pass the assessment will be contacted for a brief call with our HR team. 
The final stage of the recruitment process consists of an online interview with the relevant team.
