Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for
We are looking for a new colleague with senior experience in HR project management and consulting for our Consulting team. Candidates will have:
  • A university degree
  • Excellent Slovak and business English, as our clients are also based outside Slovakia
  • Around 4+ years of experience in HR, ideally with exposure to Compensation & Benefits or reward-related topics, combined with an openness to work on a broader range of HR projects, including workforce transformation
  • Excellent analytical skills, i.e. ability to identify problems and propose solutions independently
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Analytical skills: Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI or similar tools is considered an advantage
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively up to C-level
  • Familiarity with acronyms such as HRIS, C&B, TR, SSC, RACI and understanding that these are not chemical compounds
  • Willingness to learn new things and show initiative

Your future role
  • Working independently on interesting HR and strategy projects with a focus on Compensation & Benefits and projects related to design of reward systems for clients, or other projects such as digital transformation, HR transformation, talent management, change management, and process optimization
  • Advising clients on various aspects of human capital
  • Meeting clients of all sizes, from key market players to family businesses
  • Processing, structuring, and transforming data into clear and meaningful outputs for decision-making
  • Preparing presentations with a focus on both content and form (PowerPoint templates provided)
  • Working in a team - supporting junior colleagues and cooperating with the project manager
