Who we are looking for

We are a team of creative enthusiasts specializing in financial processes and technology. Our focus is on the Shared Service Center (SSC) sector, and we are currently looking for a new colleague who wants to be part of our exciting journey.

We provide our clients with comprehensive consulting services – from strategic decisions on the right SSC model for their organization, through the design and setup of a center, to the optimization and automation of transferred processes. Our work involves a variety of systems, platforms, and tools, and technology is a big part of what we do. Setting up and fine-tuning an SSC can be a challenge, which is why we often collaborate with colleagues from other teams across our local and international offices.

Who We’re Looking For

  • You have spent 1-3 years working in a shared service center or in consulting.
  • You have experience with finance and accounting projects and understand back-office processes.
  • You can handle working under pressure in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders (managers, directors, executives).
  • You have strong analytical thinking and can build logical, fact-based arguments.
  • You’re not afraid to ask questions, confidently present your ideas in Hungarian and English, and build long-term relationships with clients.
  • You hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical or economic field.

Bonus Points for:

  • Prior experience
  • Knowledge of SAP (FI, CO) or SAP S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with platforms used by our clients (e.g., ServiceNow, BlackLine, BluePrism, Anaplan, HighRadius, Alteryx).
  • Experience with project management, both traditional and agile.
Your future role
  • You’ll be involved in project implementation for both Hungarian and international clients.
  • You’ll analyze client data and propose tailor-made solutions that you’ll help implement.
  • You’ll have the opportunity to travel abroad for projects, training, and conferences.
  • You’ll take responsibility for a part of a project, including client communication.
  • You’ll get the chance to lead a small team of junior colleagues and enhance your people management skills.
  • You’ll support business development, create proposals, and strengthen relationships with clients.
  • You’ll participate in conferences and events related to Shared Services, both as an organizer and a partner (e.g., Deloitte Shared Service Conference, ABSL).
