We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to support solutions built on Creatio, Salesforce, and Microsoft platforms, including Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure.

The role will focus on CI/CD automation, release management, environment management, platform reliability, security, and operational support. The person will work closely with developers, architects, administrators, infrastructure teams, and security teams to ensure reliable and repeatable software delivery.

The preferred candidate should have approximately 5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, release engineering, or a similar role.

Core DevOps skills:

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, Git, release management, automated testing, and quality gates.
• Practical experience with Docker and container-based application delivery.
• Good understanding of Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service, including deployments, services, ingress, configuration, secrets, health checks, and resource management.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Linux and Windows administration.
• Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, proxies, firewalls, load balancers, and private connectivity.
• Experience with cloud services, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of identity and security concepts such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, managed identities, service principals, RBAC, and certificate management.
• Experience with secure secrets management, preferably Azure Key Vault.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, or Elastic.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
• Understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, message queues, and event-driven architecture.
• Basic knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, database deployment scripts, backups, and data migrations.

Required experience:

• Approximately 5 years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, release engineering, cloud engineering, or a similar role.
• Practical experience designing and maintaining enterprise CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience supporting multiple application environments and production releases.
• Experience with at least two of the following platforms:
• Creatio
• Salesforce
• Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Azure
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across applications, infrastructure, integrations, networking, and security.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Helm and Kubernetes package management.
• Knowledge of integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, Kafka, or Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with enterprise security, audit, compliance, and change-management processes.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering principles.
• Relevant Azure, Microsoft, Salesforce, Creatio, Kubernetes, or DevOps certifications.

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Automate build, validation, testing, deployment, rollback, and post-deployment verification processes.
• Support deployments across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Define and maintain Git branching, pull request, versioning, release tagging, and artifact-management standards.
• Coordinate releases, prepare deployment plans, runbooks, rollback procedures, and release checklists.
• Manage environment configuration, service accounts, certificates, secrets, and platform dependencies.
• Troubleshoot failed pipelines, deployment issues, integration errors, environment problems, and production incidents.
• Implement monitoring, logging, dashboards, and alerting for applications, integrations, pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Support root-cause analysis and continuously improve platform stability and deployment reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation and support development teams in adopting DevOps standards and tools.

Platform responsibilities:

Creatio

• Support Creatio package creation, export, installation, validation, and migration between environments.
• Maintain Creatio CLI-based deployment processes.
• Manage package dependencies, configuration data, database-related changes, and environment synchronization.
• Troubleshoot package installation, compilation, configuration, and deployment issues.

Salesforce

• Build and maintain deployment pipelines using Salesforce CLI and metadata APIs.
• Support source-driven development, sandbox management, metadata deployment, and release validation.
• Automate Apex tests, code coverage checks, static code analysis, and deployment quality gates.
• Support deployment of Apex, Lightning Web Components, flows, permission sets, objects, integrations, and configuration.

Microsoft Platform

• Support CI/CD and application lifecycle management for Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Azure services.
• Automate the deployment of managed and unmanaged solutions.
• Manage environment variables, connection references, service connections, and deployment settings.
• Support deployments of Power Apps, Power Automate, plug-ins, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, APIs, and integration services.
