Who we are looking for
  • You obtained your diploma in one of the following majors: HR, psychology or economics
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a complex, matrix organization
  • You have essential knowledge of labor law
  • You have authentic and confident communication, relationship-building and organizational skills
  • Your strength is HR strategic thinking, which enables you to create and implement processes tailored business needs
  • Your work pace is efficient and dynamic, you see opportunities in changes
  • Teamwork and cooperation with team members are important to you
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset and you are able to handle and solve complex HR problems
  • You look for and love professional innovations and challenges, you are flexible and creative
  • You use your English language skills both orally and in writing confidently in your everyday work
  • It is an advantage if you have previously gained experience in organizational development and coaching.

Your future role
  • Development and management of the HR strategy of the supported business area
  • Support managers as an HR consultant
  • Understand business needs, proactively searching for solutions, development proposals and managing their implementation
  • Prepare decision-making materials and forecasts about the variables and effects of HR processes and their effective communication
  • Personal development and coordination of the work of the HR generalist supporting the business area, as well as a coordinating role between the business area and professional HR functions (recruitment, training and development, etc.)
  • Full HR support, special focus on talent management, performance management and training and development activities
  • Active participation in the creation of the HR strategy and the project works implementing it
