Who are we looking for:

3-5 years of experience in HR Business Partner’s/ HR Generalist’s role in international companies.
Ability to interact and negotiate with all levels of management and staff to resolve issues efficiently
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, dealing with rapid change and ability to work independently in an international environment
Ability to proactively offer solutions to business needs
Excellent analytical and English language skills
Very good knowledge on MS Office, especially Excel
Practical knowledge of labor law
Excellent communication and networking skills

Your future role

You will be responsible for the following:

Cooperate with international internal and external stakeholders on HR related inquiries or requests and provide support to Deloitte professionals and business leaders
Identify top talents and facilitate their growth within the company on a cross-border level
Coordinate and execute performance reviews management
Participation in daily operations in HR department
Onboarding and offboarding/exit interviews
Planning and keeping track of various budgets
