Who we are looking for

We are looking for a Senior Associate for our Legal Team. The position is suitable for a lawyer with legal practice experience of at least 3 years after the university graduation. Requirements:

University degree - Slovak Faculty of Law;
Previous experience in a legal area (in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer) of more than 3 years after the graduation;
Wide experience in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions is a must;
Experience in the fields of Competition Law and/or Real Estate and/or Banking & Finance is an advantage;
Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English (including professional terminology and ability to draft the legal documents in English);
Good PC skills.

Your future role

Analysing legal - client issues focused primarily on M&A, Corporate, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Competition Law;
Legal advisory, preparation of legal statements, commenting on and assessing legal documents;
Contractual agenda;
Structuring, implementation and participation in complex projects and transactions including due diligence processes and merger filing;
Responsibility for entrusted tasks and leading junior colleagues;
Identifying new opportunities and building relationships with professionals and clients;
Building the law firm’s profile, eminence and developing close working relationships both internally and externally.
