Who we are looking for
We are looking for a Senior Associate for our Legal Team. The position is suitable for a lawyer with legal practice experience of at least 3 years after the university graduation including the junior attorney. Requirements:

  • University degree - Slovak Faculty of Law;
  • Previous experience in a legal area (in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer) of more than 3 years after the graduation;
  • Wide experience in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions is a must;
  • Experience in the fields of Competition Law and/or Real Estate and/or Banking & Finance is an advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of Slovak and English (including professional terminology and ability to draft the legal documents in English);
  • Good PC skills.

Your future role
  • Analysing legal - client issues focused primarily on M&A, Corporate, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, Competition Law;
  • Legal advisory, preparation of legal statements, commenting on and assessing legal documents;
  • Contractual agenda;
  • Structuring, implementation and participation in complex projects and transactions including due diligence processes and merger filing;
  • Responsibility for entrusted tasks and leading junior colleagues;
  • Identifying new opportunities and building relationships with professionals and clients;
  • Building the law firm’s profile, eminence and developing close working relationships both internally and externally.

  • Basic salary: starting from EUR 2 150 per month gross. A salary higher than indicated may be agreed, depending on the professional qualifications and experience. We also offer an attractive benefits package. In case the successful candidate is an attorney, the remuneration shall be agreed based on the professional qualifications and experience.
