ServiceNow Academy – 6‑Week Online Training Program.

The ServiceNow Academy is an intensive 6-week online program designed for 3rd year (and higher) students or recent graduates who want to start a career in digital solution delivery. It’s perfect for future Analysts, QA Specialists, and Junior Developers who are curious, analytical, and excited to build modern workflow solutions. Successful participants may be invited to a paid internship with support toward earning the Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Who we are looking for:
  • Study Information Technology, Business Process Management or related fields
  • Feel comfortable learning technical concepts
  • Communicate confidently in English
  • Enjoy structured problem solving and understanding how processes work
  • Nice to have skills: basic scripting, experience from student projects, or familiarity with IT or business processes.
Your future role
Our training follows the CSA blueprint but keeps the essentials sharp and hands on. 

You’ll learn fundamentals of:

  • Navigating and administering the ServiceNow platform
  • Understanding key ITSM processes and how real organizations work
  • Designing simple automations and workflows
  • Creating catalog items and basic request flows
  • Executing structured testing and reporting defects
  • Getting started with scripting (JavaScript basics, simple GlideRecord use, client/server logic)
  • What makes a great ServiceNow team member
