Start date: March 2026, 4-month internship
Schedule: Full-time
Note: This is a 4-month full-time paid internship. At the end, the successful internship participants will have the possibility to become full-time employees.

Requirements: 
• Bachelor's degree or Master’s student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Good understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript; any exposure to HTML and CSS;
• Interest in learning about ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform functionalities;
• Basic experience or willingness to learn working with integrations using Web Services (ex: REST);
• Strong analytical skills and eagerness to enhance communication skills through interactions with clients;
• Proficiency in English.

Your future role
You will:
• Gain experience by participating in real-world projects involving the ServiceNow platform.
• Learn about developing across the ServiceNow stack, including areas like Portal, HRSD, ITAM and ITSM
• Assist in creating integrations using Web Services (REST, IntegrationHub) and collaborate on file-based transfers;
• Understand user requirements and contribute to building solutions in ServiceNow.
