Who we are looking for
Qualifications and Skills:
✅ Proven experience in a technical support or service delivery role
💻 Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
🛡️ Proven experience and understanding of ITSM and GRC
🔄 Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile methodologies
🗣️ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
🌍 Fluent English at a minimum B2 level – both written and spoken
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and resolving issues efficiently
⚡ Focus on streamlining operations to improve speed or efficiency or provide a better experience for the user or customer

🛠️ Assist the lead or work independently in design, development, and implementation of IT Service Management and Service Integration solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Work to implement business and process requirements captured in the form of user stories
📚 Be able to expand your knowledge using on-demand and virtual classroom trainings
