Who we are looking for
Are you looking to kickstart your career in the world of international finance? Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for numbers? We are looking for motivated university students to join our newly established teams in the finance department. You will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in one of two core financial streams: OTC (Accounts Receivables).

Who we are looking for
  • Current Slovak University student (preferably in Economics, Finance, or Management).
  • English (B2 level or higher) and Italian proficiency (B1 level or higher) – you will use it daily for communication and system work.
  • Attention to detail – you understand that accuracy is critical in finance.
  • Basic Excel skills – familiarity with functions like VLOOKUP or Pivot Tables is a great advantage.
  • Reliability and proactivity – we value students who take ownership of their tasks and are eager to learn.
  • Valid work permit
Your future role
If you join the OTC (Order-to-Cash) team, you will become a key member of the Order entry and Billing team and you will:

  • Manage and process orders.
  • Review & manage contracts data in our ERP system and monitoring they are following company policies.
  • Process data for new orders and order modifications.
  • Create billing invoices and credit notes.
  • Complete commercial correspondence and supporting project managers with order related matters.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing in English and Italian.
  • Categorize incoming emails in the system
  • Be the first point of contact for contractual questions from our customers.
  • Check contracts and approvals in our tools.
  • Support and manage dispute resolution.
  • Maintain the master data of our customers
  • Communicate proactively with clients.
