Who we are looking for

Join Deloitte Digital's MarTech team and help global brands design and deliver intelligent customer engagement. 

 

We're looking for developers who want to combine hands-on technical skills with creative problem solving to shape the future of digital marketing. 

 

If you are: 

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with the Synerise platform in real project environments.
  • Comfortable working with HTML for email communication and basic on site or in app content customization.
  • Confident using JavaScript for event tracking, custom logic, and integrations, and familiar with how front end events feed customer data platforms.
  • Able to work with SQL at a practical level to support segmentation, data validation, and campaign logic.
  • Proficient in Jinja templating, with hands-on experience building dynamic and personalized content in Synerise.
  • Experience working with Synerise customer profiles, attributes, and event streams to configure segmentation, real time triggers, and automation logic.
  • Experience with REST APIs and JSON, and interest in how marketing platforms integrate with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and mobile applications.
  • Additional experience integrating Synerise with CRM platforms, CDPs, or cloud data platforms (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake) for data ingestion or activation will be considered an advantage.
  • Communicating in English at a B2 level or higher, both in writing and speaking.
  • Any Synerise certification or relevant MarTech, data, or automation related credential is a plus, but not required.
Your future role

As a Synerise Developer, you will work with international clients to design and implement Synerise based customer engagement solutions. You will be responsible for configuring automated scenarios, campaigns, triggers, and dynamic content, delivering personalized and real time customer experiences across digital channels.

 

A key part of your role will be working with customer profiles, attributes, and event based data, and translating business requirements into segmentation logic, automation flows, and personalization rules. You will also integrate Synerise with external platforms, such as CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and cloud based data sources, using APIs and native connectors to ensure reliable data ingestion and activation.

 

You will support campaign execution, monitoring, and optimization, and your work will include troubleshooting, improving, and scaling existing implementations to ensure they remain stable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

 

At the same time, we expect you to continuously grow your skills beyond Synerise. With support from Deloitte Digital, you will have the opportunity to learn and work with other marketing automation and personalization platforms, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe solutions, Braze, and other enterprise MarTech tools, gradually expanding your profile toward a Marketing Automation and Personalization Developer role.

 

Collaboration will be central to your daily tasks. You will work in agile, cross-functional teams alongside consultants, designers, analysts, and strategists, contributing your technical expertise to deliver measurable value within our clients’ digital transformation initiatives.
