Who we are looking for
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting best talent to support our company's growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers from different countries to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruiting strategies, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • 1-3 years recruitment experience in a multinational company or recruitment agency 
  • Experience of direct and indirect candidate sourcing via professional networking 
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills 
  • Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills 
  • Ability to lead and coordinate multiple recruitment projects in cross country environments 
  • Proactive, adaptable, driven and tech-savvy 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is a plus. 
  • English proficiency at least B2.
Your future role
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and referrals. 
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues across CE region to continuously improve recruitment processes and practices. 
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and diversity initiatives. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies and approaches.
