Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Are you an experienced tax professional ready to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, international environment? Join our team and drive high-quality tax reporting and compliance for global clients in the investment management industry.

Key requirements:

A degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics (advanced qualifications such as ACCA are a strong advantage);
At least 6 years of experience in tax accounting or reporting, ideally including UK tax exposure;
Proven experience in leading teams and managing client relationships;
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Experience in the investment management or fund industry is a significant plus.

Your future role

As a Tax Manager / Senior Manager, you will play a central role in ensuring quality, accuracy, and client excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:

Guiding clients through the full tax compliance and reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery;
Managing complex tax computations, reviews, and financial disclosures in line with UK reporting standards;
Leading, coaching, and developing junior and senior team members to maintain exceptional delivery standards;
Collaborating with global teams to standardize, streamline, and automate processes for greater efficiency;
Supporting business growth by preparing proposals, participating in strategic initiatives, and building strong client partnerships.
