Who we are looking for

• Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in transfer pricing
• Consulting experience will be an added advantage
• Good command of accounting principles and standards (ACCA or similar certification will be an added advantage)
• Developed writing and business communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of English language (TOEFL or IELTS certificates can be an added advantage)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office packages
• Experience in project management would be an advantage
• Experience in research and analytical tasks; interpretation of regulations and ability to present own conclusions
• Master`s degree preferably in economics or law

Your future role

• Driving the delivery of transfer pricing projects across a diverse range of industries

• Working for biggest clients in Croatia on transfer pricing compliance and on advisory projects

• Active participation in transfer pricing planning initiatives to optimize financial strategies.
• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation, including preparation of functional and economic analyses
• Implementation of transfer pricing strategies
• Research of international and domestic tax matters
• Participation in delivering multiple client engagements
• Participation in tax due diligence
• Cooperation and coordination with colleagues from other teams in the tax department, as well as from other Deloitte departments and offices from other countries
• Participation in the research of new transfer pricing solutions and products
• Revision of work and education of younger colleagues
• Preparation of offers and support in presenting our offers and products to clients
• Interaction with clients and the Tax Administration
