Who we are looking for

We’re building Cloud Security Central (CSC), a cutting-edge Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) platform that continuously ensures compliance with internal Global Security standards, industry best practices, and regulations, all to strengthen customer trust and security excellence.

🎓 What You’ll Bring
  • ✍️ 3+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably within IT or Cybersecurity
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio)
  • Experience writing in Markdown
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • 🌍 Ability to collaborate effectively in global, virtual teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

💡 Nice to Have
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Certifications in Technical Writing or Cybersecurity (e.g., CompTIA Security+)
Your future role
As our Technical Writer, you’ll be the voice behind our platform’s documentation — turning complex technical details into clear, engaging, and accurate content.

You will:
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to fully understand the product and documentation needs
  • 📚 Create and maintain project documentation in GitHub
  • 🗺️ Design and update architecture diagrams to support technical clarity
  • 💬 Manage and create content for internal and external project communication channels
