As a leader in the consulting industry, we are expanding our capabilities to meet the growing demand for technology-driven transformation initiatives, and we are looking for a passionate, results-oriented Technology Transformation Senior Consultant to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technology transformation consulting, with a proven track record in project delivery and business development. Prior experience in managing large-scale technology-driven initiatives is highly preferred,
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus,
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello),
  • Strong knowledge of technology transformation strategies, including digital transformation, IT modernization, data analytics, and AI/ML, etc.,
  • Experience in supporting business development, sales, and client relationship management,
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities,
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously,
  • Very good command of English language (fluent German is considered as advantage),
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, CSM) are highly desirable.
Your future role
The Technology Transformation Senior Consultant will be responsible for the delivery and project management of diverse, high-impact technology transformation projects that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will also play a critical role in supporting business development initiatives, expanding our existing client base, acquiring new customers, and enhancing our market eminence. This position provides an excellent opportunity to be part of an innovative and collaborative team, delivering value across various industries.


Responsibilities:
  • Project delivery: Lead and manage the delivery of technology-driven transformation projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality execution. Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and design solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Business development: Support efforts to expand existing accounts and drive new business opportunities. Work closely with senior leadership to build and execute strategies that support growth and client engagement.
  • Market eminence: Represent Deloitte as a thought leader in the technology transformation space by contributing to industry events, speaking engagements, publications, and other initiatives that strengthen our brand presence.
  • Stakeholder management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and with clients. Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the complexities of technology transformation initiatives.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering an environment of learning and growth.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance project delivery and business development strategies.
