We are looking for an experienced professional to join us as a Senior Manager to build consulting practice in the area of Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Extended Enterprise. This practice will focus on cyber risk, ICT risk and supplier assurance for regulated financial institutions.

Requirements:

Extensive professional experience in international financial institutions.
Proven expertise in Third Party Risk Management, Extended Enterprise, or Cyber/ICT Risk.
A strong track record of selling consulting services, with knowledge of solutions-based approaches rather than staff augmentation.
Demonstrated success in building practices or service offerings from scratch.
Established relationships within the financial services sector.
Fluency in Polish, with strong proficiency in English.

Preferred Experience:

A background in global financial institutions or consultancies that support the financial sector is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and launch a TPRM / Extended Enterprise consulting offering, aligning it with UK, DE and international leading practices.
Create a service catalogue that encompasses third-party risk, cyber risk, and supplier assurance.
Drive hands-on consulting sales and secure the first client engagements.
Leverage existing relationships with financial institutions to foster business opportunities.
Build and develop a delivery team, using internal consulting and cybersecurity resources.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams in Risk, Compliance, Cyber, and Procurement.
