Who we are looking for

We’re looking for a UI Designer to design clean, intuitive, and scalable user interfaces for our AI-powered Support Prompting Framework. You’ll play a key role in shaping how support agents interact with AI turning complex workflows, prompts, and real-time data into simple, elegant experiences.

? What You Bring

1+ year of experience as a UI Designer (digital products or web apps)
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color systems
Experience designing responsive web interfaces
Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools)
Basic understanding of frontend concepts (HTML/CSS/React) to collaborate effectively with developers
Bonus: experience with AI tools, prompt-based interfaces, or conversational UI

Your future role

Design modern, modular UI layouts for AI-supported support tools
Create interfaces for AI prompt suggestions, agent interactions, and conversation views
Ensure designs meet usability, accessibility, and responsiveness standards
Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to align design with real-time data and workflows
Maintain and evolve the design system, ensuring visual consistency across products
Participate in design reviews and contribute to UI/interaction decisions
