About You:

You are the voice of the people. In all your interactions – with clients, project managers, designers, engineers, and more – you’ll advocate for what users need and expect from the products we create. You’re innovative, quick-thinking, and eager to learn more about what’s happening in the interactive space. Your UX and UI design skills are top-notch, and you have a knack for making the complex clear. 🌟

 

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in UX field (consulting experience is a plus)
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates your experience, storytelling, and design presentation skills
  • Deep understanding of the end-user and advocating for their needs, while balancing solutions with business requirements and technical constraints
  • Proficiency in talking to business stakeholders, understanding their requirements, and translating them into functional ones
  • Ability to assess current state of digital products and processes to identify UX issues and develop UX recommendations
  • Ability to analyze large quantities of data, often from many sources, e.g., business and tech requirements, user research, process flows, along with a strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Experience in UX design, including mapping processes, information architecture, user and screen flows, conceptual and detailed wireframing and prototyping
  • High competences in the field of prototyping in Figma (other programs like e.g. Sketch or Adobe CC will be added value, but are not obligatory)
  • Experience in working with Design Systems
  • Passion and enthusiasm for learning and pursuing your expertise, constantly challenging the definition of what makes good user experience
  • Ability to give and receive constructive design critique
  • Strong communication skills
  • Practical knowledge of Agile methodology 
  • Proficiency in English language (written and oral), Polish is a plus
  • UI skills will be an added value, but they are not obligatory

Your future role


  • Work with our clients to understand their business requirements in the broader context of their digital strategy and advocate for the customer by developing intuitive interactions and easy-to-use interfaces
  • Create high-quality UX/UI deliverables that deliver project outcomes, such as wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and hi-fidelity prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices
  • Use and develop Design Systems
  • Clearly articulate and defend your design decisions in front of teams and clients
  • Work closely with project managers, design, development, and digital strategy
  • Monitor wider industry UX/UI trends and relevant technology trends
  • Independently deliver on projects and work with others on teams
  • Plan and run effective client workshops and client stakeholder meetings
  • Prepare sales proposal materials, guided by Project Managers
  • Work within an agile methodology
