Join our 2-day Workday Integration Bootcamp in Tirana and experience what it's like to work on real implementation projects at Deloitte. Through practical business cases and team challenges, you'll gain hands-on exposure to Workday and consulting. Top participants may receive a full-time job offer.

👀 Who can apply?

We're looking for fresh graduates and professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in HR Technology and Consulting.

Bachelor's degree (or final year of studies) in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business, or a related field
Strong English communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Interest in Workday, HR Technology, and Consulting
Proactive mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn

If you have up to 2 years of experience, that's a plus if you've worked in:

Customer service or ticketing/support environments
Project coordination or project management support
Business analysis or requirements gathering
HR systems, software implementation, or similar business/technology roles

Your future role

💡 Through the 2-day Workday Integration Bootcamp, you'll experience what it's like to work as a Junior Workday Integration Consultant at Deloitte. You'll solve real business and HR technology challenges, collaborate in teams, and gain hands-on exposure to Workday implementation projects.

🚀 If you're successful in the Bootcamp and join our team, you'll:

Support international Workday implementation, integration, and optimization projects for global clients.
Gather and document business and technical requirements, helping translate business needs into effective integration solutions.
Assist with designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting Workday integrations.
Support system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with consultants, developers, clients, and cross-functional teams in an international environment.
Participate in workshops, solution demonstrations, and client presentations while communicating project progress and recommendations.
Continuously develop your technical, consulting, and problem-solving skills as part of Deloitte Central Europe's leading Workday practice.
