Who we are looking for
Are you looking to work on international Workday projects, grow your technical expertise, and develop strong consulting skills at the same time? Join our Workday Integrations team at Deloitte Central Europe and take part in delivering best-in-class solutions for leading organizations across the region and globally.

Requirements:

  • Technical education (Bachelor’s degree / BA as a minimum).
  • Demonstrable history (at least 2 years) in XML-related technologies, experience with one or more object-oriented programming languages, and integrating data into Workday or other low-code / cloud-based solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Salesforce).
  • Very good knowledge of internet technologies (web services), a solid understanding of cloud computing concepts (SaaS), and associated integration challenges.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to assess customer needs, build relationships, and manage expectations.
  • Eagerness to deepen consulting and communication skills, including presenting, supporting or leading workshops, and demonstrating and explaining solutions to customers.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A team player who thrives in diverse and hybrid working environments.
 
Nice to have:

  • Workday HCM Partner certification(s), or experience with similar HCM/ERP platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors, Salesforce, ServiceNow).
  • Proficiency in other middleware or integration platforms.
  • Experience in designing workflows to solve business and technical problems.

  • Participate in international Workday implementation or Workday optimization projects in the role of an Integrations Specialist.
  • Bring value to our clients through advising, planning, and implementing Workday Integrations applications, including documenting requirements, mapping processes, gathering system data, and converting data into the required integration formats — working independently without the need for close supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to convey project findings, updates, and recommendations in a clear and professional manner.
  • Work closely with clients and internal team members to scope and clarify integration requirements and deliver agreed outcomes.
  • Support the successful delivery of implementation projects focused primarily on Workday integrations activities, including design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
