Who we are looking for
- You’ve graduated from a relevant university program (such as, but not exclusively: Business Administration, Business Studies, Economics, Organizational Sciences)
- Experience in workforce planning, supply and demand models, people analytics, job architecture, or skills-based organizations
- Analytical mindset and structured thinking, being able to work with business data, capability maps, or workflows to generate insights
- Comfort working with quantitative data and drawing conclusions from it (e.g., workforce demand, cost structures, skills models)
- Previous experience that has enabled you to understand how different organizations are structured per departments, number of management layers, supporting functions, etc.
- Proficiency in tools like PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Orgvue or HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) is a plus
- Curiosity and a desire to solve workforce challenges through a strategic and analytical lens
- Strong communication skills with the ability to structure and convey messages clearly to various audiences
- Experience engaging with diverse stakeholders (e.g. HR leaders, transformation leads, business executives)
- Effective facilitation and communication skills both verbally and in writing, confident & dynamic attitude
- Collaborative mindset, being able to work well with cross-functional, remote and international teams
- Curious, proactive and eager to build expertise in a fast-paced, team-oriented consulting environment
- Proficient in English - Communicates proactively and can articulate thoughts effectively in spoken and written communication
- Applies tools and methodologies related to Workforce Strategies & Solutions with some guidance/coaching from more experienced practitioners. Executes different type of documentation (presentations, analysis, plans, job descriptions, etc.)
- Understands the objective of the assigned deliverables and work towards completing them within the scheduled timeline with guidance. Asks pertinent questions, questions assumptions, and raises risks with respect to quality or scheduled delivery of assigned tasks
- Drives or actively participates in workshops with the client and takes total or partial ownership of topics presented
- Collaborates effectively with SMEs across multidisciplinary and global teams, as needed
- Involvement into practice development (e.g. contribution to content creation for trainings / internal materials, knowledge sharing, initiatives etc.)
Your future role
- Defining workforce strategy by determining buy–build–borrow approaches for required capabilities and translating them into tangible talent solutions (e.g., recruitment, reskilling/upskilling programs, talent management, succession planning, internal mobility).
- Designing and implementing skills-based organization frameworks: defining skills for every job, setting proficiency levels, mapping skill mastery and linking these to career paths and progression opportunities.
- Deploying digital tools to support workforce processes (e.g., HRIS systems, workforce analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting solutions) to monitor skills, capabilities, and workforce KPIs.
- Translating complex workforce analytics into clear, visual outputs (PowerPoint deliverables, dashboards, infographics) that inform strategic decisions.
- Developing and tailoring client-specific workforce solution playbooks and training materials, embedding analytics, capability frameworks and process guidance.
- Collaborating with HR leaders, business executives, and transformation teams to integrate workforce planning and skills-based organization practices into ongoing decision-making.
- Using internal and external data sources (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, labor market analytics) to inform workforce scenarios, talent strategies and organizational changes.
- Attending regular meetings and calls (daily check-ins, status updates, alignment sessions) to ensure project progress and alignment with client objectives.
- Facilitating or co-facilitating client workshops on workforce strategy, skills-based organizations, job architecture, and capability building.
