Who we are looking for
Are you an experienced Technology Manager eager to elevate your career and lead transformational IT projects in the insurance industry? Who we're looking for:
  • More than 5 years of experience in delivering IT solutions, specifically for insurance companies or other financial institutions.
  • Capable of thinking creatively and tackling complex challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Passionate about the latest IT trends, cloud solutions, and digital innovation in the insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, essential for collaborating with clients and presenting project outcomes.
  • Broad understanding of insurance processes and products, with at least a basic grasp of the legislative framework and regulations.
  • Experience managing teams to deliver IT services effectively.
