Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for a dynamic Process Transformation Consultant to join our team to support our clients to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth. We work across diverse industries, leveraging cutting-edge methodologies and tools to drive measurable results. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt required; Black Belt will be considered as advantage). 
  • Practical experience in implementation of LEAN tools. 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in process improvement roles, with at least 2 years in a consulting environment (industry experience in FMCG, engineering and chemical industry will be considered as advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in process mapping, data analysis, and workflow design.
  • Operational knowledge of ERPр MRP, WMS, MES, Advanced Planning Tools, and DWH. 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very good command of English language.
  • Experience/Familiarity with: 
- lean Six Sigma tools such as Value Stream Mapping tools, Fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, DMAIC templates, etc.
- process mapping and visualization tools such as Microsoft Visio, ARIS, Lucidchart, etc.
- data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Advanced Excel, SQL, etc.
- advanced knowledge of Office 365

Your future role

As a Technology Transformation Consultant, you will support clients with the planning and delivery of transformation programs to achieve operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to diagnose operational challenges, design improvement strategies, and implement solutions that drive value for our clients.

  • Collaborate with clients to identify inefficiencies, analyze business processes, and recommend improvement opportunities.
  • Analytical work on cost calculations and sales performance
  • Conduct root cause analysis, data collection, and performance assessments to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Develop and execute process optimization strategies using Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and Kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  • Create detailed project plans, deliver reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and aligned to client expectations.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of implemented changes to ensure sustained success.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
