Who we are looking for
🎯We are looking for a SAP Implementation & Delivery/Project Manager based in Poland to lead and oversee SAP projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate combines a hands-on SAP background (implementation, configuration, modules expertise) with strong project management skills, ensuring successful delivery of complex SAP initiatives

💼What you bring:
  • Strong hands-on SAP experience in implementation and configuration across one or more modules.
  • Proven experience in SAP project management or delivery leadership, ideally in multi-module or multi-country projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  • German language skills are a strong plus, especially for projects with German-speaking stakeholders or clients.
  • Excellent English language skills; Polish native speaking is a must


Your future role
  • Lead end-to-end SAP project delivery, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and go-live.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks, ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams, functional consultants, business stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Provide hands-on SAP expertise and guidance to the project team, reviewing configurations, design decisions, and integration solutions.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams, aligning resources and priorities to meet project objectives.
  • Facilitate communication and reporting to senior management, ensuring transparency on progress and risks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and adoption of best practices across SAP modules.
