Who we are looking for

🎯 We are looking for a Technical Architect to lead the technical design and implementation of cloud contact center solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for defining end-to-end architectures, integration patterns, and scalable solutions across CCaaS platforms such as Amazon Connect or Genesys

You will guide development teams, ensure adherence to best practices, and collaborate closely with business architects and delivery managers to deliver secure, and high-performing solutions in international projects. 


What you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in contact center technologies and solution architecture
  • Expertise in CCaaS platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, or similar)
  • Knowledge of WFM, ticketing systems, and AI integrations
  • Strong understanding of cloud services, preferably AWS
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CI/CD pipelines)
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent English language skills are a must! 

Your future role
  • Design end-to-end CCaaS architectures, including integrations with WFM, ticketing systems, CRM, and AI components 
  • Define integration patterns and scalable solutions across cloud contact center platforms 
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams 
  • Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability standards 
  • Conduct code reviews and oversee infrastructure-as-code deployments (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) 
  • Collaborate with business architects, delivery managers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business requirements
