Who we are looking for
AI Agent Engineer

We’re looking for engineers who have built, orchestrated, and automated AI agents in production or advanced internal environments.

You’ll help design AI systems that can reason, plan, make decisions, interact with tools/APIs, and automate real operational processes across enterprise and cloud environments.

What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years of experience in Python/backend engineering
  • Hands-on experience building AI agents, LLM-powered systems, or agentic workflows
  • Experience with frameworks/tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, OpenAI APIs, or similar ecosystems
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Prompt engineering
  • Tool calling / function calling
  • RAG architectures
  • Vector databases
  • Context and memory management
  • AI evaluation and optimization
  • Experience integrating AI systems with REST APIs and enterprise platforms
  • Practical understanding of autonomous workflow automation and AI orchestration patterns
  • Familiarity with AI security, guardrails, prompt injection risks, and least-privilege tool access
  • Experience using Git in collaborative development environments
Nice to Have
  • Experience deploying AI systems in AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps / DevOps practices
  • Experience building internal AI copilots or automation platforms
Your future role
  • Build autonomous AI agents, design intelligent agents capable of reasoning, memory management, task planning, and multi-step execution.
  • 🔗 Create agent-to-tool ecosystems, enable AI agents to interact with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, monitoring tools, CRMs, internal platforms, and external services.
  • Develop multi-agent and orchestration workflows, build systems where agents collaborate, delegate tasks, validate outputs, and automate complex operational flows.
  • 📚 Implement advanced RAG architectures, connect agents to structured and unstructured knowledge sources using vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and contextual retrieval.
  • ⚙️ Automate business and operational processes, transform repetitive workflows into AI-driven autonomous or semi-autonomous systems.
  • ☁️ Build scalable backend infrastructure, develop Python services, APIs, and cloud-native architectures powering AI applications at scale.
  • 📈 Optimize agent performance and reliability, improve prompting strategies, evaluation pipelines, observability, context handling, memory systems, and tool selection logic.
  • 🔐 Design secure and production-ready AI systems, apply best practices around AI safety, prompt injection mitigation, data privacy, permissions, and governance.
