What we expect from you? 🎯

Professional consulting experience and/or AI transformation experience in your company, with deep understanding of the (Gen)AI & Data domains
Proficiency in AI and machine learning techniques, data mining, statistical analysis, and programming languages (Python), GenAI. Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) as a plus
Proactive attitude in shaping our partnerships in 1-2 specific sectors (e.g., banking, insurance, manufacturing, e-commerce, retail, healthcare), analytical mindset, ability to break down complex problems; out-of-the-box thinking
Strong communication and presentation skills – you´ll be a trusted partner to our clients; you will need to understand client needs, shape our offering, proposals and then delivery of (Gen)AI & Data programs to our clients
Understanding of the big picture of AI & Data transformations – not only from a technical perspective, but also business impact and required change management to ensure success of our AI & Data programs
Team leadership – ability to manage a cross-functional delivery team (data scientists, data engineers, business consultants & more)
Polish & English at excellent level - you will use them every day
EU passport - you may have business trips within the EU

Your future role

Client Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives from leading companies in Poland & broad Europe, offering strategic guidance on leveraging AI and data analytics to drive business outcomes and gain competitive advantage
Business Development: Lead business development efforts by identifying opportunities for AI and data-driven solutions within selected 1-2 sectors, crafting compelling proposals, and developing and nurturing client relationships
Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and regulatory developments within AI & Data. Publish thought leadership content, speak at industry events, and be a subject matter expert
Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of AI and data projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction
Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of AI and data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our Central European AI & Data team, and other practices (e.g., Risk Advisory, Regulatory Compliance, Technology)
Knowledge: Be a deep Subject Matter Expert for specific 1-2 industry on AI & Data topics
Continuous development & growth: Career and professional development through various trainings and certifications
