Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Machine learning/AI developer/engineer who will supervise, coordinate projects, and write code with a focus on developing/integrating advanced language models and AI solutions, including OpenAI and Anthropic solutions, into our corporate applications. This role requires a strong background in Python and familiarity with frameworks around AI. The ideal candidate will have experience developing/managing projects, and be proficient in both backend and front-end development, including integration with OpenAI APIs.

The Tax and Legal Research and Development team is seeking a talented AI developer/engineer to join our team. This role involves supervising, coordinating projects, and hands-on coding with a focus on developing/integrating advanced language models and AI solutions into our diverse corporate applications.
Your future role
Responsibilities:
• Lead the integration of large language models into corporate applications.
• Develop, test, and optimize model-based tools and interfaces using Python.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
• Document all work to ensure consistency and aid in future development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in language models and their potential applications.
• Deploy and maintain machine learning or AI use cases in a production environment, ideally natural language processing.
• Work with cloud technologies to deploy AI solutions.
• Drive best practices and mentor team members.

Requirements:
• Experience in building LLM-based solutions (with OpenAI/Claude/Gemini models)
• Familiarity with machine learning models (e.g. Scikit learning, deep learning models)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus)
• 3-4 years of experience in software engineering or AI, specifically using Python frameworks
• Familiarity with ML/AI concepts and vision of LLM market.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong team player with a commitment to achieving project deadlines and goals.
• Leadership and interpersonal communication experience in working across many disciplines.

Nice-to-Have:
• Team leading experience
• Experience solving problems in natural language processing (NLU, NER, word embeddings, LSTM), transfer learning, in-context learning (zero-shot, few-shot etc.), information retrieval, knowledge graphs, and statistical modeling.
• Prior exposure to finance-related data.
