Who we are looking for

We are looking for motivated students to join our Financial Industry Risk & Regulatory team for a practical experience within Advisory. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to risk management, regulatory frameworks, and projects within the financial services industry.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn
  • Very good Romanian and English skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Your future role
  • Support the team in risk and regulatory projects for financial institutions (e.g., banks, insurance companies, and other financial entities)
  • Assist in analyzing regulatory requirements, policies, and internal processes to identify risks and improvement areas
  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations, reports, and regulatory documentation
  • Collaborate closely with team members on risk assessments, compliance reviews, and regulatory-related assignments, gaining exposure to the financial industry regulatory environment
