Opis i wymagania

Who we are looking for
  • University degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking and/or Quantitative Sciences.
  • ACCA or equivalent qualification acquired or in progress of completion would be considered as advantage.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in the area of financial reporting and/or internal controls.
  • Experience with a regional or Big 4 accounting firm (preferred).
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to research issues at a detailed level and enthusiasm for tackling complex issues.
  • Strong business mindset & flexibility.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements (on site and virtually).
  • Availability to travel up to 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Fluent English and Lithuanian- written and spoken.
Your future role
As an Audit Consultant you will interact with clients directly to discuss field audit issues. Not only will you work independently, but you’ll also collaborate with a diverse group of talented audit professionals. You’ll use our cutting-edge audit tools and technology. 
Other responsibilities will include:
  • Perform audit procedures related to clients’ financial statements.
  • Supervise assigned staff in executing the audit approach and perform a first-level review of staff-assigned work.
  • Research accounting & auditing matters and document conclusions
  • Provide excellent timely client service, deliver high-quality work and strengthen client relationships.
  • Seek opportunities to challenge yourself, collaborate with others to deliver and take accountability for results.
  • Develop and motivate junior audit colleagues with counselling and career guidance.
  • Build relationships and communicate effectively in order to positively influence peers and stakeholders.
  • Work effectively in diverse teams within a highly inclusive team culture where everyone is supported, respected and recognized for their contribution.
