Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate’s qualifications are:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in auditing companies;
  • Good MSFI/IFRS knowledge,;
  • Experience in supervising the work of others;
  • University degree, preferably in Accounting, Auditing, Business and Finance, Organizational or Math science and similar fields;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a plus);
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments;
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels;
  • Willingness to travel for out-of-town engagements;
  • Experience in an international environment/projects will be a plus
  • Experience with and or enrollment in the ACCA journey would be considered a plus
  • Familiarity with auditing tools and systems is a plus
Your future role

As a (Senior) Consultant in our Zagreb office, you will act as a lead member of an engagement team and be responsible for performing all aspects of the engagement, including planning, fieldwork, research on audit and accounting issues, reviewing financial statements and disclosures, and coordinating and clearing all levels of review.

The responsibilities will vary depending on the scope and nature of the engagement.

Develop and motivate junior audit staff and provide them with counseling and career guidance.
