Who we are looking for
Deloitte is seeking an experienced Business & Technology Consultant/Senior Consultant to join our Central Europe Technology, Strategy & Transformation Practice.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing IT strategies, designing innovative technology operating models, and optimizing IT processes for leading organizations in various industries. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with Senior Technology leadership of our industry-leading clients to deliver tailored solutions that drive digital transformation and operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT strategy development, Technology operating model design, and IT process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of business-technology alignment and transformation initiatives.
  • Prior experience in consulting or working with large-scale IT initiatives is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Business, or related fields.
  • Strategic thinking with analytical mindset and ability to gather and analyze information and problem-solve to reach a meaningful conclusion.
  • Ability to create high-quality documents and work closely with the client (g. gathering requirements, designing technical solutions, preparing advanced reports, analyzing data).
  • Ability to gather, understand and define clearly business requirements from various industries.
  • Positive mindset and a can-do attitude towards challenges in a global and dynamic organization.
  • Fluency in English and Croatian, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Will be an advantage:

  • Experience in IT strategy development & IT strategy implementation projects
  • ITIL or COBIT certification
  • Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 or any similar notation and ability to develop IT processes,
  • Project management certification
  • Hands-on project experience with agile ways of working
