Who we are looking for
As a Client Service Analyst in GES, you will work on multiple client accounts and will be responsible for day-to- day communication with and between the Global Deloitte network.

Who we are looking for:

• Previous work experience as Immigration/Visa Consultant, Travel Consultant, or similar role in the Immigration services industry. Business Visa, Schengen Visa and Global Immigration experience are a plus;
• Strong understanding of Visa regime, Immigration requirements, procedures different visa categories and any related legislation;
• Detail-oriented and research driven;
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills;
• Strong attention to details with a focus on quality and efficiency;
• Solution-oriented approach - flexibility and ability to adapt to unforeseen situations;
• Ability to conduct research independently;
• Excellent communication and client services skills;
• Motivated, energetic and able to work as part of a team;
• Ability to deliver good customer service, perform under pressure, and meet deadlines;
• English and Romanian proficiency;
• In-depth knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office resources (Excel, Outlook).

Your future role
The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Providing expert advice to clients in completing Visa applications and planning their upcoming business trips;
• Ensuring clients have clear understanding of the Visa requirements and that all applications and documents submitted are accurate and complete;
• Organizing and managing relevant documents and paperwork re quired for the visa applications;
• Ensuring that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, meeting all requirements for the Visa application;
• Overseeing all aspects of the Visa application, making sure that the application processes runs smoothly and withing the required timeframe guided by the client travel dates;
• Oversee the completion of all relevant visa application documents and ensure that they are submitted within the time limit set by the government;
• Performing administrative duties such as bundling applications, filing and organizing documents;
• Keeping up-to-date with the visa applications / immigration changes;
• Answering to specific queries and providing support for visa-related matters;
• Delivering training sessions for more junior team members;
• Following the internal procedures and policies on quality assurance and continuous improvement, reporting, registration of working hours, etc;
• Performing ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Team Leader, in accordance with the objectives of the department.
