Description & Requirements

Who we are looking for

  • 4-6 years of experience of professional experience in finance and accounting.
  • Mandatory specialization in Complex Accounting:
    • Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting based on Polish and international IFRS regulations.
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn new topics quickly and work across a variety of projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, structured thinking, and problem-solving attitude.
  • Good communication and presentation skills; ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working in a multinational environment.
  • Mobility in Poland. Some international travel might be required.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.

Your future role

🎯 As a Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will be a part of multiskilled team and support managers and team members across several advisory domains, including Finance Centralization Advisory and Complex Accounting. You will:
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables such as accounting memos, technical position papers, and process documentation.
  • Assist clients in applying Polish and international IFRS regulations to complex accounting issues.
  • Participate in the implementation of new IFRS standards by preparing analyses, accounting assessments, and supporting documentation.
  • Participate in workshops, trainings, and meetings with clients to understand their needs and present project outcomes.
  • Take ownership of selected project deliverables.
  • Contribute to project planning, status tracking, and overall project management activities.
  • Gain exposure to a wide variety of industries, topics, and methodologies, building a broad skillset for future career growth.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, knowledge sharing, and internal initiatives.
