Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for Consultant and Senior Consultant colleagues in the field of R&D and State Aid advisory.

Join our dynamically growing, market-leading advisory team, uniquely positioned on the Hungarian market by combining a wide range of professional areas and focusing on solving complex challenges!

We are looking for you, if:

You hold a degree in Economics, International Studies, or EU-related fields
You have 1–2 years (Consultant) or 3–6 years (Senior Consultant) of relevant experience in R&D, State Aid, or government policy advisory
You communicate confidently in Hungarian and English
You are goal-oriented, detail-focused, and enjoy working both independently and in a team

Nice to have:

Experience with EU funding
Background in consulting
Legal degree

Your future role

Developing funding strategies for corporate clients within Hungarian and EU subsidy programs
Preparing and coordinating grant applications and supporting documentation
Analysing state aid-related legal and regulatory questions
Participating in innovative, complex and tailor-made client projects
Providing R&D advisory services related to tax incentives and funding opportunities for corporate clients
Leading client meetings and calls with senior corporate decision-makers and start-ups
Coordinating and supporting the professional development of junior team members
Creating and sharing knowledge in collaboration with Deloitte European offices
