Who we are looking for



We are looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team. If you have a passion for finance and technology and are eager to expand your skills, we are here to support you. Don’t worry if you’re not an expert in dashboard creation in Power BI or if you need to brush up on your finance or accounting knowledge; we will provide the necessary training to help you excel!

  • You have 2-3 years of experience in industry, business, and technology
  • Hands-on experience in finance or accounting (e.g., P2P, R2R), covering tools such as SAP
  • Skilled in data management (SQL) or Business Intelligence
  • You have been actively involved in transformation and / or project delivery work
  • You feel comfortable in client-facing roles, presenting ideas, and verifying needs
  • You demonstrate an interest in the European Union and their Institutions and want to take part in their further development
  • You want to work in international, dynamic environment and are willing to travel occasionally to Brussels for client meetings
  • Fluent in English, with a completed Master's degree
  • You are passionate about deep diving the processes and gaining expertise
Your future role

Within our GPS practice, a specific team is dedicated to leverage our service offering with deep EU industry expertise and helping the EU institutions to address their key finance, accounting and reporting challenges as they undergo transformation. We are looking for consultants to strengthen our Finance @ EU Center of Excellence

You will apply your technology experience (Data, ERP, BI) in the context of finance domain and industry foresight to get involved in projects on important challenges within EU institutions. You will use your superb analytical skills to participate in variety of transformational project to help the EU institutions fulfill their mission and objectives

You will support EU institutions across diverse projects, from research and analysis to implementation, by:
  • Helping clients leverage data for better decision-making and reporting
  • Identifying and implementing tailored solutions in:
    • Financial & management reporting
    • Digital Finance
    • Financial process improvements and re-organization
    • Costing, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
  • Continuously developing your skills through project work and tailored training
  • Contributing to initiatives that enhance the Finance @ EU Center of Excellence

Next to advising on most sophisticated and challenging issues relating to the above-mentioned areas, our Consulting professionals will also advise on potential solutions leading to optimization of the above-mentioned processes. This will also include applying the newest technologies.
