Who we are looking for
Join our Emerging Solutions Team, where we specialize in delivering impactful solutions in fast-evolving sectors such as Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT). We are consultants who advise, design, implement and run industry-specific solutions and programs that transform core business operations and maximize operational efficiencies for our Clients.


🟢 Basic Requirements
  • Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or IT.
  • 5+ years of experience in:
    • Management consulting with technology-driven projects (e.g., business & technology senior consultant) OR
    • Technology consulting/IT project management (e.g., as a junior IT Project Manager).
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with proven leadership ability.
  • Expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects with a technology-driven focus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and presentation skills with a proactive personality.
  • Proficiency in English and Hungarian.
🟢 Nice-to-Haves
  • Industry experience in telco, lottery & gambling.
  • Relevant IT or project management certifications.
  • Experience with system integration, IT rollouts, or similar technology deliverables.
  • International work experience.

Your future role
As a Consulting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering diverse, high-impact projects at the intersection of business and technology. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Driving medium-sized or large-scale engagements such as strategy development, market assessments, process improvements, and IT implementations.
  • Taking ownership of specific project workstreams, managing deliverables with minimal guidance while maintaining high standards.
  • Contributing to the development of high-quality deliverables, ensuring they meet daily quality assurance standards.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact with client executives and stakeholders, addressing issues, and managing escalations.
  • Proactively identifying client needs and supporting business development, including facilitating discussions and contributing to the sales process.
  • Assisting with engagement planning and ensuring deliverables align with contract and work plans.
  • Reporting project progress to senior management and ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Leading and mentoring team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
